The Snowmass Wellness Experience
August 4-6, 2006, Snowmass Village, Colorado

No other mountain resort in Colorado puts on such an all-encompassing event dedicated to wellness as Snowmass Village. From relaxing and rejuvenating elements such as spa treatments, nature hikes, and outdoor concerts to enlightening and practical workshops and fitness classes with experts, the Snowmass Wellness Experience is a three day immersion in the latest techniques, practices, products, and philosophies of healthy living. This truly unique event in a gorgeous and tranquil mountain setting promotes “life from the outside in.”

In only its second year, the Snowmass Wellness Experience contained phenomenal ingredients to appeal to everyone. Last year’s event included:

·        16 different types of yoga, pilates, Tai Chi, and Dance classes, including one by internationally renowned Swami Muktidharma

·        Over 40 lectures & workshops with top wellness experts (click here for confirmed speakers).  Topics range from whole nourishment to healthy relationships to mind/body integration to Chinese Herbology to coping with Alzheimer's and cancer.

·        A dynamic vendor village with the latest and best wellness and mind, body, & spirit products

·        Endless fun in the warm, Colorado sun ranging from serene guided hikes and bike rides to sunset dinners at rustic cabins to outdoor concerts to healthy cooking demonstrations to a wealth of spa and massage opportunities.

·        Adventure: Gold medal fly fishing, golf, horseback riding, rafting trips, hiking, tennis, shopping, dining, live music, and more.
